General Terms & Conditions
- You must be logged into your account to earn points on your order
- You will earn 1000 bonus points by creating an account. No more than 5000 points will be awarded for setting up multiple accounts with the same email address
- Points can only be redeemed on purchases with a value greater than $2.50 (250 points)
- Points will be deducted where orders have been cancelled or refunded
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account
- Maximum points earned by leaving product reviews is 400 per day
- Points have no monetary value & can only be redeemed against an order
- Points are not accrued on the part of an order purchased with points
- Points are applied to your account when your order is dispatched
- Points are added immediately following account registration & submitting a review
- Points can only be used once
- Points may only be earned in whole numbers
- Refunds can be credited as points upon request
- Points can be earned on phone orders but cannot be redeemed over the phone
- We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as necessary. We will give customers as much notice as possible when a change is being made. Earning or redeeming points will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions
- The value of a point may be adjusted in respect of accounting errors, multiple accounts, refunds issued, products returned or suspected fraud, for which we have full authority
