We Stand With Ukraine

Sinnovator stands in unison with those suffering as a result of the unprovoked violence currently taking place in Ukraine. As such, we have suspended all operations/shipping within Russia. In addition, due to the rapidly evolving situation and challenges faced, we have been forced to temporarily disable shipping to Ukraine.

Our fantasies may be a reality behind closed doors but, sadly, the world outside may not share our ethos. So, although you’ll find no judgement here, we’re aware there are still many taboos that exist within society and, understandably, you may not want everyone to know your business. As such, discreet delivery is of paramount importance.

In most cases, Sinnovator items will come boxed for privacy and protection purposes. However, in circumstances where this is not plausible, we will package items in high strength, weather resistant, burst and puncture proof bags. A plain white label displays delivery address and postage, with absolutely no mention of where the parcel originated.

Payment privacy

When it comes to privacy, we are extremely meticulous. So, in addition to discreet delivery, we promise payment privacy. Detailed on your receipt and bank statement will be just our limited company name, NES Mail Order.

Same Day Dispatch

Time waits for no one, which is why we endeavour to send out orders received before 3:45pm Monday – Friday the very same day for all delivery options. However, orders placed after 3:45pm on a Friday or at the weekend will be despatched on Monday.

Bank Holidays

Orders placed on bank holidays, or after 3.45pm the day before, will not be collected until the following working day, so please allow slightly longer for delivery.

Next Working Day Guaranteed, Nominated Day and Saturday Delivery

Delivery is available 7 days a week when you select DPD and nominate your day of delivery.

When you place your order before 3:45PM Monday to Friday and select DPD Next Business Day Delivery, we guarantee that your order will arrive on the next day.

If you want your order to arrive on Saturday, you must place your order before 3:45PM on a Friday and select DPD Next Business Day Delivery.

However, please bear in mind that if you order something after 3:45PM on a Friday and choose next day delivery, your parcel will arrive on Tuesday.

If Customs choose that your order is not permissible, the item(s) can be seized and unfortunately in this case we cannot offer you a refund. But, don't dismay; your package will not specify any details with regards to its contents. So, why not go overboard and order something really naughty?

Fear not, we’ve got you covered! It’s true that because of Brexit, our EU customers were facing VAT & import duty charges on all orders. However, to counteract this, we’ve switched our carrier to DPD so we can pay any & all additional fees upfront. Simply select DPD Duty Paid and the price you see is the price you’ll pay… let us take care of the rest!
